~20 dessert spoon sized falafel
400g can of chickpeas, washed and rinsed
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp coriander
2 spring onions
185g can tuna
2 tbsp flour (can be gluten free eg buckwheat flour)
2 tbsp chopped coriander or parsley
Salt and pepper
1. Place the chickpeas, garlic, cumin and corinder in a food processor and blitz until it forms a paste.
2. Stir in the other ingredients
3. Form dessert spoon sized portions of mixture into a flattened ball
4. Cook in a frying pan with a little oil until browned on each side.
