Chicken and Vege Bites

30-40 minutes

Ingredients

300g chicken mince

1 carrot, grated

1 zucchini, grated and juice squeezed out

1/2 cup corn kernels

2 tbsp soy sauce (or tamari for a gluten free option)

1 tbsp cornflour

Directions

1.  Preheat oven to 180 degrees C.

2.  Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.

3.  Roll approximately 1 tablespoon portions of the mixture into balls and place on a tray lined with baking paper.

4.  Bake for 30-40 minutes or until golden.

Notes

The chicken mince can be substituted with pork mince if preferred.

If you or your family don't like one of the vegetables, just leave it out and leave the portions of the other ingredients the same.
