Cheese Muffins (with added veges)

10-15 minutes

Ingredients

2 cups of grated cheese

1 cup of flour (can be gluten free)

2 teaspoons of baking powder

3/4 - 1 cup milk 

1 egg (whisk with milk)

Optional extras - chopped spinach or kale, spring onions, grated courgette, parsley, bacon, ham, red capsicum, smoked paprika.

Directions

  1. Whisk the egg and milk together.
  2. Combine with the other ingredients
  3. Place in muffin tins
  4. Bake at 210 degrees Celsius for 10-20 minutes (depending on the size of your muffins) until an inserted skewer comes out clean.
